Terry Smith is the co-founder and President of Brayton Construction. With over 26 years of experience in the Construction Industry, Terry, sought to change the trajectory of how he and his team would serve clients when he co-founded Brayton Construction in September 2018. Guided by simple values such as, trust, honesty, & integrity, Brayton offers a service and product that exceeds expectations in every way. Terry continues to drive the strategic vision of Brayton Construction and has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor over the term of his career. Today, and through his leadership, his clients have described Brayton Construction as a one-of -a -kind construction company where you do what you say you are going to do and do it in a professional manner. Terry has a rich and diverse background with experiences from multiple industries. These experiences have shaped his ability to anticipate, problem solve, and consider challenges from an array of perspectives and effectively communicate solutions to all stakeholders to achieve the needs and goals of his client. Terry holds a bachelor’s degree from West Texas State University. He has notable professional credentials, such as National OSHA 30 accreditation, LEED Green Associate, a Texas Licensed Irrigator, and certifications from the Texas Department of Insurance. Terry also holds a Science Composite teaching certificate from the State of Texas. His unique experiences have positioned him well to effectively lead his team to serve their clients and guide them through the construction journey to achieve their overall vision.

Terry is happily married to his wife of 26 years and has three children. Terry enjoys cooking for his family and friends and is an avid sports enthusiast.
