With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Rusty brings a unique combination of hands-on field expertise, business ownership, and general contracting experience to every project.

Beginning his construction career in 1997, Rusty spent 13 years as the owner of a successful grading and excavating company in Middle Tennessee. During that time, he gained firsthand experience managing crews, equipment, production, estimating, scheduling, clients, and the day-to-day demands of running a construction business. His experience in oil and gas cathodic protection also provided valuable exposure to specialized infrastructure and energy-sector projects.

For the past 12 years, Rusty has worked on the general contractor side as a Project Manager, overseeing projects from planning and preconstruction through completion. His responsibilities have included project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, procurement, quality control, and maintaining strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.

His career has given him an understanding of construction from every angle—from operating equipment and managing field crews to coordinate complex projects and delivering results for clients. That practical experience allows him to anticipate challenges, solve problems efficiently, and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Rusty takes pride in doing things the right way, building strong relationships, and bringing the same level of accountability to every project that he brought to his own company. His goal is simple: deliver quality work, honor commitments, and build relationships that last.
