Matt Rey
Estimator
Matt Rey is the Estimator at Brayton Construction. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston and has over 15 years of industry experience. Matt is responsible for the oversight of the estimating team and is responsible for all preconstruction and estimating processes for Brayton Construction. He communicates project progress to management, maintains project reporting, and ensures financial transparency. Matt is committed to client satisfaction. He arranges visits with new and potential clients and ensures they get the support they need. In addition, he holds certifications in OSHA 30 Hour, First Aid & CPR, and is a Certified Associated Contractor. Matt’s expertise has earned him recognition, including the 2014 AGC Apex Award for notable projects like First Baptist Church Pasadena and the Creely Law Firm. His dedication and strong client relationships contribute significantly to Brayton Construction’s success.
