Description: Consisted of multiple phases and was completed in the first quarter of 2022. Due to damage from Hurricane Harvey, the existing building was demolished and rebuilt to exceed the new building pad height requirements that local jurisdictions changed after the major flooding event. Phase 1 included all underground and earthwork with completion of the full building shell and concrete flat work. Phase 2A included the interior metal framing, insulation, and all MEP rough-in. Phase 2B completed the entire building which included drywall, ceilings, doors, mechanical equipment start up, kitchen equipment, and all finishes.
